Black driving suit on a poorly lit track at night is a bad idea. Not sure what his financial backing is, but a driver should wear a bright colored driving suit at night. At the least put reflective tape on it and wear bright colored gloves, boots and helmet.

Most importantly, NEVER GET OUT OF THE CAR UNLESS IT IS ON FIRE. You are safer in a car, even one without a cage, than outside of it.

Other drivers clearly saw him and easily got out of the way, AFAI can see.
Like i said, getting out of the car was wrong, no argument there. BUT that doesn't mean not avoiding the guy on purpose is justified.
TS himself has often got out of the car and done similar things.

Looks like a tragedy to me. Condolences to all involved.

Hot Head Unit 1 went after Hot Head unit 2.

Unfortunately, Unit 1 is the worse for the wear.

As somewhat of a Stewart fan, I certainly hope that it was an accident. However, video (and standard operating demeanor) suggests that that may not be the case.

I would say that it is somewhat of a given that charges will be filed. At a minimum, Tony has some 'splaining to do. He may want to do it with quality legal representation.

I will repeat this again.... Tony did not want to run the guy over.

Exactly what I think, too. it was not accident. He MEANT to do what he did with the car, but didn't want the car to hit the guy.
