Hi, new member here. Here are some pictures of the most recent 21394 off my 2000 Toyota Camry with the 2.2 I4. I bought a masterpack case of these a few years back on sale which made them $2.29 each. The oil is Phillips 66 Shield Choice 5W-30 synblend which I got at Orscheln's for $1.99/qt. This was a 3000 mile oil change interval before it got too cold to work outside. ADBV still seemed fairly pliable. I think their recommendation of 5k is fine for these.

Wix/Napa Proselect. One of a handful of filters I've had fail. The combo valve is a disaster.
After trying over a 1/2 dozen alternatives, my toyota's seemed to like classic non-ecore Champion labs filters much more than thai-denso service part. In fact the Denso didnt work at all in the mid 2000's time period.

Below is my old Proselect, the combo valve had become hard and was non functional:

Looks rather good deerest... And the combo valve being pliable is definitely a good thing. And like you said.... These are up to 5k mile rates filters.

Welcome.
It looks like a successful oci for that filter. That's what counts. 👍

Thanks for the work.
