I just bought 9 of the WIX 51516 filters from eBay, they have date code 111820 D1 which I believe is November 18, 2020. They have round holes in the center tube (not louvers) with the baseplate-end bypass valves. The newer filter design with louvers and dome end bypass, I believe they are still quality filters but I like the old design features better. These 51516 are equivalent to 51348, just a bit longer.
