Oven roasted yellow, red, and blue potatoes -- of course brushed with butter and spiced with thyme, oregano, a little salt, pepper and rosemary. I'll let Pablo guess what meat, lightly floured and panfried in a little grapeseed oil, is floating in the sour cream sauce with chopped tomato, onion and carrots, parsely, cilantro, lemon juice and spices.
