My truck won't die

My Tacoma is one tough mother. In the last 5 years I was involved in two accidents, last one happened last night. Both accidents involved F150's. The first one had a little fender damage, I slid on black ice and last night a jerk was toying with me on the freeway. I tried going around him and he jerked back into the center lane and slammed on his brakes. I had little time to react and busted out his tail light and some back end damage....he took off . The police considered it a hit and run on his part. Thank god for full coverage.

Just glad I'm ok. Looks like my Tacoma and I will be one again...lol.

+1 - that was a dumb move on your part. You are more in control of the situation a safe distance behind him. He was probably drinking and thats why he took off.

Was he screwing with you or were you screwing with him? He drove off to avoid a physical confrontation with you after the incident. Everyone omits facts when these things happen to make the other person look like the antagonist, when in reality both are equally ignorant.

He was messing with me. Like I said I was minding my own business.

I'm starting to think the world is just full of idiots. I think too many people are on unemployment and have nothing better to do. The other night I was driving home on the highway, doing 70 mph in the center lane. Speed limit is 65. There are cars in the right lane but nobody in the left lane. This guy in a truck comes right up behind me and starts flashing his high beams. I just ignore him and keep going the same speed. After about 2 minutes he floors it past me in the left lane and proceeds to do 90 mph down the highway until his tail lights were no longer visible. Not sure what his deal was, he could have easily passed me in the left lane the whole time he was riding my bumper.

I think you're right, the world is full of idiots. I had a similar situation happen to me this morning on my commute. In the right lane doing 60 in a 55 and a Camry flies right up to my bumper and high beams me for half a mile before passing me in the empty left lane. This is at 6:30AM when there is little to no traffic.
