Sundae(bottom), intestines(top left), and liver(top right). Picked it up at a food stand in a local Korean supermarket. It's actually tasty. Pork based, l believe.

Reminds me of my youth in the late 1960's when butcher shops carried a whole lot of 'intestinal & other organs' and when my Nana would ask the guy in the bloody apron to show me a nice piece of tongue. Try that today?

I'm not Korean but love bulgogi. Cow tongue if prepped properly is the delicacy I'd not refuse. Never liked any intestines but ate liver as a kid on rare occasion as parents cooked it. I do fancy salmon eggs and caviar of cause.

Thanks for sharing. Growing up with a Lithuanian father, I am aware of blood sausage, calves brain, pigs feet, and other delicacies.

OMG. Some of you guys probably put catsup on everything and lick it off your fries. :ROFLMAO:
I have a Korean Auntie and first late wife was also. Couldn't get enough of it.
