Yeah I really liked it in white. My first preference was black because that just looked really nice but with the miles I do I would have to keep washing it daily to keep it looking good. At least with the white it won't show the salt so bad in the winter like other colours and considering it's winter here more than any other nice weather season I figured white. My Santa Fe was Silver but this vehicle just didn't look good in Silver to me, it looked bland.
I like the LED day time running lights. The are similar "L" in shape to the Lexus ones. It makes it look really mean when they are running.

I hated the 8 speed and [censored] and moaned about it here because it wasn't smooth and I found it quite jerky. I then decided to try changing the WS fluid after reading about other folks having success changing out the fluid and it made a big difference for people on other forums. Sure enough I swapped it out with the low viscosity Amsoil and it was like night/day. It could still be better but it's far from what it was before the change. I still think that Toyota should come out with a software update to make it more smooth shifting like the outgoing 6-speed. Even folks on the Lexus forum are [censored] about it in the RX-350's.

I did go to Lexus but I had a hard time fitting my Torso tall body into the RX-350 and everything below and it was a bit higher than my car allowance would cover so I went with the Highlander instead. Honestly all the tech I got in the Limited is offered in the RX-350. The experience at Lexus is second to none how they treat you when you are in for service and as a customer in general where as with Toyota it's a less than that. At least at my dealerships here and what I heard from the lady at work that owns an RX-350. I also like that my Toyota dealer is 20 minute walking distance from my house in case I need to take it in for anything.
I was almost sold on the 4-runner over this vehicle because I like the rugged looks and proven engine/transmission, but the tech is lacking huge in that model compared to the Highlander and they are about the same price for the top trim level for Gasoline model Highlander versus the top trim level 4-runner. (No hybrid offered for the 4-Runner).

Amsoil has been good to me so I keep using it. It's different for me here when a quality off the shelf synthetic is about the same cost I can get Amsoil for.
