Specifically the beginning rape scene. I was not ready for that when I was younger and even more so now as a parent. It is a great movie with some great acting but disturbing not knowing that really was what parts of the southern states could be like given time & place.
I could have done without watching 8mm.

Song is something like "I regret nothing" or "I have no regrets" in French.
I understood about half of that movie. One of the most complicated movies I've ever seen.
I agree on Gone Girl. At the time I saw it, my wife was exhibiting very similar behaviors. Extremely chilling.
