Well, here it is at long last. Looks pretty darn stout!

Wonder where I can snag some of this for brothers Cadillac and his 71' C-10 long bed project

@SubieRubyRoo , just out of curiosity, you will use that oil on what?

I am curently trying to decide if i use it, or stay with a 15W40. I want to go with the 15W50, but after readind about VII, i am a bit insecure.

And does anyone use that oil regularly aroun here?

It will most likely go in my 01 Forester with 225k for a summer fill, or I will use 1qt of this to about 3.5 quarts of Pennzoil Platinum Euro L. Not only is it super thick, TBN is fairly high too.

I have been using this oil in my 1993 Audi 4.2L V8 (210k kms) and my 1984 VW GTI as year round fill in the pacific north west near Vancouver in Canada. I do not have any empirical tests to offer as evidence, however anecdotally I have found this oil to be pretty much the best I have used for older cars. Unless it calls for synthetic or is rebuilt I use this in everything. I ran it in a neglected 2.8L VR6 for a few years as well and I have nothing but positive things to say. I have found less seal weep and oil consumption
