Just looking for any info on Motorkote. I am a student and we recently tested this stuff in a crude lubricity test, compared to the other dozen samples we tested this stuff was amazing. Anything we added it too improved incredibly, and I know there has to be a draw back...

thanks

Has been discussed before. Search for motorkote and you will have plenty. Make sure the date range is set for more than one week.

Most likely chlorinated paraffin extreme pressure additive. No need for it in an engine.

It was a friction test that used a motor attached to a spindle with a wheel, and an arm with a torque wrench, when the arm is pulled against the wheel an amp meter measures the load and between that and the torque required to bog the motor down we could get readings, ATF was around 25 ft Lb at 8 amps, Amsiol 10w-40 was 30 ft Lb, and with the motorkote most went right to 125 ft Lb. .
