The PDS sheets for Conoco 5w30 and 10w30 are indentical to those of Phillps Trop Artic. Since we know that Conoco supplies MC with their oil, we now know that TA is now the same oil in a different bottle.

Interesting to note that the wording on the bottle labels is quite similar. The Xw-30's for MC and TA both say "Synthetic Blend" while both 10w-40's don't say anything about being a blend.

The best news for me was that I found TA for $1.12 per bottle!!! Why pay $1.88 for MC when TA can be had for 1/3 less???

And no, I'm not telling anyone which WalMart had it for $1.12! It's mine, all mine!

Yes Trop Artic is the bargin $1 a quart. The only way you'll do better is with a coupon etc.

yep, I wondered when I saw all the posts that motorcraft oil was back at walmart. When you can buy the same stuff, trop artic for $1.12/qt!
