The PDS sheets for Conoco 5w-30 and 10w-30 are indentical to those of Phillps Trop Artic. Since we know that Conoco supplies MC with their oil, we now know that TA is now the same oil in a different bottle.

Interesting to note that the wording on the bottle labels is quite similar. The Xw-30's for MC and TA both say "Synthetic Blend" while both 10w-40's don't say anything about being a blend.

The best news for me was that I found TA for $1.12 per bottle!!! Why pay $1.88 for MC when TA can be had for 1/3 less???

And no, I'm not telling anyone which WalMart had it for $1.12! It's mine, all mine!

Yes Trop Artic is the bargin $1 a quart. The only way you'll do better is with a coupon etc.

yep, I wondered when I saw all the posts that motorcraft oil was back at walmart. When you can buy the same stuff, trop artic for $1.12/qt!
