California Aug 10, 2009 #1 Ford calls 5W-20 Motorcraft Synthetic blend in the US but in Canada they call it 5W-20 Motorcraft Super Premium is it because they can't call a Gr III oil synthetic in Canada or do they have a different oil for each country.

In Canada, I've read that MC oil is made by Esso (Imperial Oil), and is basically just 5W-20 Esso Protec. Unfortunately, two different oils....
