I have not seen this filter anywhere but found one at Glendale Auto Parts, a small chain in the Detroit area. Fits a Chevy 2.2L in a 2001 S10:

You can tell the filters where there is no Ford application because there is no long number. Ford example, the FL-820S has a long number of F1AZ-6731-BD which indicates it was first used on a 1991 Full Size Ford and has been through at lest 2 revisions.

Not even listed in this guide. Apparently there is no Ford application for the FL321.

In which case it has a nitrile adbv and dome end bypass. That being the case, there's really no advantage over the equivalent Puro Classic L10111 dissected in this thread. And if one looks at the efficiencies using the the only known MC (820S), the Classic is rated more efficient.

The same goes for any of the MC's primarily for non FoMoCo applications.

Yeah, but I would want to use it because it has that cool looking "Ford Motor Company" script logo on it....

And Wix 51040. It fits a lot of GM engines.

Maybe. In some cases the Motorcraft version of a filter is different in at least the style of the bypass valve, many Ford applications having the bypass in the threaded end rather than in the dome end. There could be other differences too. At any rate, Purolator and Motorcraft are both great filters and nicely priced.
