motorcraft fl 793 for a 95 neon?

Has anyone ever seen a motorcraft fl 793 filter? I wanna try a motorcraft filter, from what ive read here tthey seem to work really good!! closest filter i was able to find, was the 910, comapring it to other manufacturer filter sizes. I got the info, fomr the back of a supertech oil filter box.... any way i can cross refference to find the correct motorcraft filter?

I've never seen a 793 at Walmart. Plenty of 910s

btw- I think you can use a FL300 without difficulty on your 95. That's what my son uses on his 96

I have the FL300 on my 04 same stock filter size same basic motor. We have that filter at work(Ford store) but readily available you can get the FL300 or FL1A. These are both larger size versions. Actually FL842 works too. FL842 is the same size as the now very common FL-820 but other than standard Ford sizes you are probably out of luck unless you goto a Ford store.

Height wise shortest to tallest

FL-842 & FL793 Close to the same height
FL-300
FL-1A

FL-300 gets you to 5 quarts capacity.

The FL1A fits, obviously, but on my son's Neon is extends just below the pan. For me, that car is too low to have it hanging down below anything. Way too vulnerable to getting hung up on a road hazard, imo

That is why I stopped at FL-300 only just hangs below but the 842 size would be flush.
