I read theirs a motorcraft filter, 792 or 3, thats equal to a 3614. Their really hard to find, so what would be the next motocraft number to try? Its a 95 plymouth neon. The motorcraft 910 is the same exact size filter, as most other 3614's. Could that work? Maybe a motorcraft 820?

The Motorcraft equivalent filter is the FL300. If you want to try an oversized version with the same threads, use the FL400S.
Originally these cars came from the factory with the larger Mopar filter. They switched to the smaller one due to potential damage to the filter, but if you look at it the oil pan protects it so if you do hit something, you most likely are damaging the oil pan also. I kept running the original filter while I had mine. The original part numbers are (going by memory here)

At least something more for you to consider. There was a TSB issued sometime in 1995-1996 to switch over to the smaller filter.

According to all the x-ref charts I can find, the 793 is the MC equivalent of the 3614.
The FL400 is the oversize (1.5" longer) version.

FL910 (I just took it off of my wife's jeep) is the 3614 sized (or the 3614 sized 3/4-16 thread filter sitting at WM) MC filter
The FL300 will fit on a 96 NEON vertically oriented filter mount on a 2.0 SOHC WITHOUT ANY added ground clearance issues. The FL1A or FL400S WILL extend below the pan.

To revive this thread, this is what I'm trying today on the 2002 Sienna. In my stroll through the Automotive aisle at Wal*Mart last night, they had that filter listed for the 2002 Sienna, the FL910S. It felt more substantial than the SuperTech, so I thought I'd give it a shot.
I looked at the Fram Tough Guard, but they didn't look well made with some sort of sealant/glue exposed that I could rub off the baseplate. I really didn't want that coming off and getting into my engine.
So we'll see how this Motorcraft filter works.
