Motorcraft FL-400s - 4,000 miles

I will continue to use them for normal OCI's as well. Curious, do you have any lot numbers off that bad one? Or is it too late?

It might be too late though.

An important note about this thread:

I agree that this is not a turn off from the filter. I will continue to use them on various vehicles and cut them open. For $3 or so, you can't beat them, especially compared to other filters in their price range. I do think the end cap falling off of a $12 filter such as the Bosch D+ is unacceptable though, and will not use those anymore.

Me neither, they are far & away the best value for the Jeep in my sig, and my brother's Tercel, both of which rattle badly without a silicone ADBV.
