Has anyone used this? I found some at my girlfriends house and I was wondering how it is. My car is white by the way so I dont care much about depth of shine. Right now I'm using liquid glass but I like to wax on top of the sealant. Just wondering if this is decent before I use it or go back to my normal wax which is Prestone Synthetic Wax.

Yes, I've used it. It is pretty much your standard non-cleaning wax. Very traditional and old skool. If you prefer a wax look, this is an excellent product.

It has no paint cleaning ability so if your car has swirl marks, oxidation or other flaws, you need to polish the paint first. Mothers makes a Step 1 product thats a nice light duty paint polish and would work well prior to using this stuff.

If you like to wax on top of a sealant then you should prefer this to the Prestone Synthetic Wax, which is basically a sealant itself. What sealant are you putting down before the Prestone?

Liquid Glass

Doh! Yeah, you said that in your original post, didn't you? My bad.

So, your regular plan is to lay down Liquid Glass, which is a synthetic, and top it with Prestone Synthetic Wax which is also a synthetic. Honestly, I don't see the point in using two synths. The Mother's Pure Carnauba should give you a nice warm carnauba glow on top of your Liquid Glass synthetic.

I've used Mothers 3 step process with excellent results. Step 1 is simply a cleaner with a mild abrasive to remove old wax and remove oxidation to create a nice, smooth surface for the sealer/glaze Step 2. Then you apply the Carnuaba on top of the sealer glaze for a nice deep shine. It's awesome applied with a random orbital buffer and lasts a good long time.
