Mother's Clay Bar

Scored a Mother's Clay Bar two-bar pack at AAP today for $12.14 plus tax per the Product Rebates forum post "Mother's Clay Kit 25% off at AAP".

While I prefer Clay Magic, the Mother's clay will come in handy to detail our two cars after this winter, especially at $6 a bar!

Im sure the Mothers or Meguiars one will work just fine. I only have the megs one and 1 of the new Turtle Wax Ice bars.

I have used Mother's Clay Bar, it gives good results.

I much prefer the clay in the Mothers kit over the clay in the Meguiars kit, the Meguiars clay seems too soft and doesn't seem to pull out the same amount of contaminants as the Mothers clay.

Thanks. I'll post pics when I do the job but it will not be for another six weeks. Will do a full swirl removal and polish after using the clay. Plan to top with Fuzion wax.
