When we were shopping for cars last year, Southeast Toyota Distributors had added their dumb "Toyoguard" service for $700 to every new car in the area. It covered 2 oil changes and tire rotations (after the first 2 free ones through ToyotaCare).
So those oil changes are $350 each. It did technically include paint sealant and roadside assistance, which I assigned no value to. The paint sealant is not going to be anything better than what you can apply yourself. The odds of needing roadside assistance on a new Toyota aren't that high, plus you'll be waiting who knows how long until they send one of the companies they have a contract with. Far better options are available for way less money.
