Have you tried MTL?

Absolutely, many times. And on key at around 10-15k miles, and a visit to cold weather, it would get really hard to shift.

Switching to Amsoil has given me consistency for many tens of thousands of miles.

I've used MTL and MT90 in other vehicles, but not this one. It calls for 75w-80 Gl3 oil. I tried Amsoil 75w90 Man Trans oil and the shifting was not as good, especially when colder. Then I switched to BG Synchro Shift II 75w80 and that seem to be really good in it. Currently it has Elf 75w80 Manual Transmission fluid. It seems to be better than the amsoil, but I still think the BG fluid shifts a little nicer. I'll prob switch back the BG, but always interested in something like Mos2 since I've been happy with it in my engines. That being said, I think I'm going to pass now on adding it to my trans though.
