Morning booster

At home a big glass of water to wash medication down, then a few cups of coffee. At work a glass of water for medicine and a shower until I get in to work the put coffee to brew. The shower works better ten the coffee though I have to admit.

I'm getting better with it though. 6 months ago it was a couple camel lights and coffee both at home and work. I gave up smoking, and take my medicine and showers now lol.

Splenda is no better than what you list above, its highly toxic and very acidic to your system.
proof of toxicity? It keeps me skinny while they get fat on empty calories.


How about the 2008 Duke University study that found the following:

•Splenda reduces the amount of good bacteria in the intestines by 50%.
•Splenda increases the pH level in the intestines.
•Splenda contributes to increases in body weight.
•Splenda affects the P-glycoprotein (P-gp) in the body in such a way that both nutrients and health-related drugs could be rejected.

But if sucking down that chemical is what it takes to keep you skinny, by all means knock yourself out.

That study was debunked by a panel of experts from several other schools.

Black coffee, and a Serrapeptase cap right after waking up. 30 minutes later, Carnation Breakfast Essentials in soy milk, and a Centrum, a Krill oil, digestive enzymes, 2 Osteo Bi-Flex, and a Lecithin cap. A 16 ounce go cup of black coffee on the 50 minute drive to work, and I'm good until early afternoon.
 
My alarm goes off, I grab my glasses and stumble downstairs to the coffee maker which was timed the night before to start brewing 15 minutes before I wake up. I pour a mug and drink it staring out the window until my eyes begin to function. During this time I make Oatmeal with butter and brown sugar and drink a glass of OJ.

I then climb back up the stairs, turn on the radio to the local country station, throw in my contact lenses and jump in the shower while listening to the radio.

By the time the coffee hits and the shower takes effect I am fully awake.

This is my morning ritual and I never deviate except on weekends.

For a while I woke up at 4:30am every morning for work as I was on a project with a long commute but now I can sleep in a bit more as I am mack to my normal location.
