wash down the morning meds with a can of Dew, then, if i haven't overslept, or dilly-dally'd too much, swing by Tim Hortons for an XL Double Double on my way to work. 2 hrs later on my first break, can of Rockstar. then a DrPepper @ lunch, & a beer @ bedtime.
