Coastal MA , south of Boston, the weather is tempered by the ocean. The trick is to live close but not in a flood zone

I always wonder why people live in places with devastating earthquakes.

In some parts of Canada cars don't start because it's cold. In some parts of New Zealand cars don't start because buildings fell onto them.

Or places with gators and hurricanes and your car won't start because it's submerged in water with a crocadile in the back seat.

Winter is Coming.

It can be interesting having four actual seasons, but it can lead to needing a lot of different kinds of clothes and running out of hooks in the foyer coat closet.

And there's also the quick transition of going from wearing shorts into suddenly looking like a bear.
