Well, the wear is a bit higher based on trending. This could have just occured. Though with a 86 gallon sump it would have about 20 gallons of fuel in it? The oil level would have risen dramatically.
The visc is a bit odd. It is about 14.4% lower than the previous test. Im making the assumption these are all the same load just different tests. However fuel does have a visc. So it might be possible.

Something is certainly amiss in the fuel system. Talk to an experienced Cat man and you should get a list of things to check. Was the oil level rising during operation?

What is this big Cat running in? Marine application?

Yes guys it is 20%. Put the dye to it with to track it with the black light. We will get it fixed.
