My car is an '03 Sentra. I did the coolant, oil & filter, and air filter. Are there other fluids or anything else I should change now that it has 63,000 miles on it? It's a 5 speed manual with AC and power steering.
Get help with the brake fluid if you've never done it before.
PS fluid, many people just use a turkey baster or pump of some kind to remove however much they can get out of the reservoir and replace with new fluid, others do a complete fluid change, like the guy in the post below.
Yup. I use a turkey baster -- I usually suck everything out the reservoir, fill it and repeat every couple of days. When my quart of PS fluid is gone I consider the job done. Good enough for me
Trans fluid for sure. Upgrade to Redline or Amsoil.
And flush the brakes with new fluid.
A turkey baster flush of the PS is a great idea.
At 7 years old, consider a battery. Start looking for sales. You can go longer, but why not get it before it gets you?
