Dumb question, but from the google search I just did; it seems that I could use a WIX made M0-452 MOPAR filter available at wal mart on my Jeep 4.0 engine. Any advice and info would be greatly appreciated. I ask because while I was at wal mart this morning there were two of these filters on the "clearance end" of the automotive section for $2!

Mopar filters are Purolators, they are Wix when sold in Canada.Different color too.Used to be called "AutoPar" in the old days.

NHGUY, this one had wix date code and time and looked WIX to me. If its WIX made then its a oddity, dunno. These are both black colored btw

I wish they were wix but they are tearolaters

Speaking of old days - I have some Chryco ignition points fresh in the packaging in my garage somewhere.

Those Mopars cross to the Fram 3600 series or Motorcraft FL-400s. Yes you can absolutely use them on your Jeep.

I run the Wix (Napa Silver version) cross to the same part number frequently on mine as well.
