Well, I guess that sounds about right, Wix says the XP filter’s micron rating is like 20 or 25 so it sounds like to me that it’s kinda hard to refer to it as horrid being that it’s doing what it was meant to do.

Micron rating doesn't mean anything without an associated filtering efficiency. Would you rather have a filter that is 99% @ 20 microns, or one at 50% @ 20 microns? Or one that is 95% @ 40 microns?

Hmm…. Well, I guess its about time to finally try one of those Royal Purple oil filters that I’ve heard so much about. Is this the one you’re referring to?
