Yes, because none of these are licensed by GM. Only a fluid that meets (is licensed by GM) Dexron-VI spec will for-sure cover your warranty.

Why on earth would you consider using an unlicensed and apparently therefore untested product, in favour of the 100 or so genuinely approved products which have gone through the correct and rigorous approval process? Obviously, that's your choice, but to me, it makes no sense.
