What's a "better" UOA? Heck, what's a "good" VOA if it only gives a partial picture of the oil's make-up? And what kind of conclusions can one realistically draw based on that information?

Buster has made a very good point on the first page of this thread.....

when i look at a used oil analysis im looking for low wear numbers and shearing. i have not seen 2 used oil analysis of the same car with both mobil super and a good dino so i cant answer that.

if i had to take a guess i would bet Pennzoil Conventional or CS would give a better used oil analysis but its pure speculation
 
My guess is they are using something like Antimony instead of moly and other things but blackstone VOA doesn't pick that up
