They wouldn't say it if they didn't have testing to back it up.

This also included millions of miles of field testing to justify the increased life claims.

Is this true that they have a better flow rate? To me that would be a good reason to switch to them. How many miles will they hold up to?
 
Clyde65, don't forget that flow is a red herring--your oil pump is a constant volume pump, meaning it'll push the same amount of oil through your filter regardless of how "restrictive" your filter media is. Also, folks here have actually never been able to measure even a 1 PSI drop across the filters with a reputation for being restrictive.
