Your mix of oil grades has resulted in a viscosity on the upper edge of a 20W, looking closer to a 5W30. Regardless, it's working well for this engine. Universal averages show typical wear from this type of engines after 3700 miles on the oil. You're running your oil more miles than average and getting less wear, so you must be doing something right. Note silicone. It can come from anti-foam additives or silicone sealers and lubricants. It can also come from a dirty air filter, so we suggest checking that. otherwise, looks good!

This is the first UOA I've done on this cars engine.
The previous oil change was with Mobil One 0W20 and 0W40 mixed 50/50 and a Pure 1 filter for 5000 miles. The car is driven mostly on a 35 mile, 45 minute commute with a mix of stop and go traffic with mostly spirited acceleration and 70 to 85 mph interstate driving getting 30 to 34 mpg real world mileage when not using ac.
I swapped the 1.6 dohc turbocharged engine from a 93 XR2 Capri into this 97 aspire. The boost is slightly above stock through the use of a free flowing exhaust and a K+N air filter. This car has surprised many people with it's more than double stock hp.
I have installed a K+N foam pre filter over the K+N cone filter to cut down on dirt ingestion as the silicone levels were high on this UOA.
Trying a 2/3 mix of M1 5W20 and 1/3 mix of M1 0W40 for my next oil change. I noticed better throttle response and seat of the pants acceleration felt stronger with the lighter oil. Will have a UOA done on this mix to check for wear levels

Did you use any kind of RTV sealent when you replaced all those gaskets? That could account for some of the high silicone. Other than that, looks pretty good. Talk about a sleeper car

The oil pan gasket was made of The Right Stuff by Permatex. I agree that some of the high silicone content may have come from this fresh gasket.

And thanks for the welcome.

OW30 is not in stock in our area but it could be just the ticket for my engine with (10.3 cST @ 100deg C).

I initially was using standard Valvoline 10W30 with no problems at 3000 OCI but wanted to try a readily available synthetic for the supposedly additional protection of the turbocharger bearings and to minimize coking.
So I tried M1 10W30 and I started hearing HLA ticking at idle. (10.0 cST @ 100 C). So I drained it out and put Valvoline 10W30 back in and no more ticking HLA's. I then tried straight M1 0W40 (14.3 cST @ 100 deg C) and there was no ticking but throttle response suffered along with mileage.
So then I experimented with a 50/50 mix of M1 0W20 and M1 0W40 for 2 oil changes and throttle response and mileage picked up.
0W20 was then discontinued in my area.
I then went with 2/3 M1 5W20 and 1/3 M1 0W40 average (10.6 cST @100 deg C). No HLA ticking, better throttle response, slightly better mileage and by the seat of the pants feel better acceleration. Will send in a UOA to check how the wear is doing on this blend with this engine

I'm a mixer..but I mix a quart of RedLine with the Mobil 1 or other oil.

In your case...I'd have to say you are wasting your time as 0W-40 tends to shear down. 10W-30 mobil 1 gives rock solid viscosity and would suit you just as well or better than your mix. But I can't fault your mixing ways.
