I just got a smoking deal on four 4.4L bottles and four 1L bottles of Mobil 1 10w30. Upon opening the box I see that it is their "high mileage" blend (apparently all the M1 10w30 sold in Canada carries this label). This will be used in a FV1200 formula race car next season (air cooled, four cylinder, modified Volkswagen Beetle engine...1960's technology) with very short drain intervals. I've always stayed away from any "high mileage" oil or oil filters. What is the difference between this and the regular M1 10w30, and is this more suited to my application?
