Mobile one 0w30 racing 2 bucks per quart.
I didn’t buy any being it’s racing only and not sure if it’s ok for cats??
Can anyone tell me if it’s ok for a motorcycle?? I have a R1 that has a full exhaust system no cats so wonder if it would be ok for it?

It is only an issue if you engine is burning a fair amount of oil. How much consumption are you seeing?

And it's Mobil, not Mobile.

It has no API certs, so it doesn't have the "energy conserving" badge that would indicate friction modifiers that would be bad for your clutch.

Just put some in my Miata. It's very dark right out of the bottle, for whatever that's worth.

This is a non sequitur. Racing engines have different objectives than a street vehicle. For one thing, longevity and low wear are not a primary concern. It's one of the reasons a true racing oil is inappropriate for typical use.

Some races are done with cold engine, so oil is already thicker

Mobil 1 Racing has a lot of Moly, ZDDP and NA….. but low TBN (I used 1Lt like additive once)
