MMO??

It meters the rate of MMO into the engine based on a drop in vacuum, which indicates the engine is under load. Reving the engine does not increase the rate, but a drop of vacuum does.

I bought 2 inverse oilers from the Marvel company in the late 80's. They made 3 sizes at the time 1Qt which was glass, a 2 qt unit and a 4 qt unit. The 2 qt units fit under the hood in my E-150 vans. I am still using one of them, the other one I took out when I sold 1 of the vans. When the weather warms up I am going to see if I can fit it somewhere under the hood and use it in my Jeep. They say to use about 1Qt MMO/800-1000 miles. You calibrate them with a small sight glass, basically count drips/minute at idle, IIRC 15 drips/minute is the suggested rate.

Very neat. I saw a setup like that on an endurance car once for 2 stroke oil and always wondered.
