Wow, so this mixing thing exists, thank you
What are your needs? And why do your needs preclude the use of KV100=12 Oil?Nothing, it's too thick for my needs
That oil has a bunch of approvals for fancy Mercedes and Porsche etc, my Jeep doesn't need that much protection. I have a simple low power engineWhat are your needs? And why do your needs preclude the use of KV100=12 Oil?
HPL PPPCMO 0W-30 is exactly 10.00. No mix. No fuss.0W-30 is 12, 0W-20 is 7.9, I want something in the middle. ESP 0W-25![]()
Thank you for sharing that
And that thing is a fully formulated and tested oil, unlike my mix
It doesn't get any better than this. Use discount code BITOG15 for 15% off.And that thing is a fully formulated and tested oil, unlike my mix
I would suggest going to the VOA thread and search for 0W-30. Read through each until you find what you're looking for at a price you're willing to pay.Does an affordable 10.0 0W-30 exist?
Look, it is like magic:Will the mixture work safely in the engine? ESP is great. But I want it to be 10.0 thick, not 12. And I wonder what the VOA of the mix would look like. Please don't tell me you want me to be your guinea pig. I want to know if it is safe before trying.
Thank you
YES. Indeed the exact cocktail I been using in the wife's car. Part 0w20 + part 0w30. That is until I empty my reserves.Sounds like a nice cocktail mixture.
So, you think that--That oil has a bunch of approvals for fancy Mercedes and Porsche etc, my Jeep doesn't need that much protection. I have a simple low power engine
First time I have ever heard a Jeep owner speak those wordsMy Jeep doesn't need that much protection. I have a simple low power engine

Boy we get some wild ones on here.I don't understand the idea that the 30 grade would offer too much protection.
