I never researched it. The box or filter doesn't say anything but I will look and see elsewhere... it has other advantages that I like...thanksThat is one impressive looking filter. The blue is a nice unique touch as well. Am I correct in understanding actual efficiency is unknown?
I always liked the Pennzoil yellow

Nice c&p. Thank you. Looks typical Thailand Denso built to a high standard that we expect buy sadly don't see much from aftermarket soup cans. The baseplate seal won't fall out like my last Baldwin did. You will need a knife to pry it and pull it off which I like...

Did you happen to burn test the adbv? I know blue usually = Si rubber but ...
Also If you roll out the media, can you verify that all of the folded pleats are glued all the way from one fold to the next?
Oh, I forgot to ding you for cutting an unused part like I ding Stude. I must concede , it makes for a much less messy job.
thx again - Arco
Since a significant number of filters made in the USA are made by First Brands, USA = Fail, any other region = Pass. Thanks for the c&p!! Filter looks great! Unfortunately it won’t pass some members country of origin test![]()
Please let us know if you've confirmed the efficiency #'s and what they turned out to be. Thanks. So far all I see is you won't get the info. I think I'll call Mitsubishi direct
this week just to know
I have confirmed that it really doesn't matter as a defective Fram has no efficiency. So if you figure that in plus it's oem that works for me. Maybe not others but it is what it is.Please let us know if you've confirmed the efficiency #'s and what they turned out to be. Thanks.
