Good Day folks. Some quick lube moron way overfilled the 24’ Jeep Wagoneer with oil and stuck this wrong filter on.

Did oil change and had to use scan tool to clear “oil level exceeded” light. Barely 700 miles on oil/filter

In/on: MOPAR 0w30 and PROTEC 57045 filter.

Actually a nice looking filter, too bad wrong application! How hard is it to use the right filter and put in the correct amount of oil? Amazing...

Thanks for C&P Adam!

Thanks for the C&P. Looks like a well made filter.

I have to admit, that label with "USA BRAND" on it for a Made in Malaysia filter with Mighty parent being Grupo Gonher a Mexican owned company gave a bit of a chuckle. Weird flex.

Well, quick lubes that use MIGHTY filters must be lazy or use a filter with same thread pitch is my guess. Why I dread a vehicle coming back on hook with wrong filter on it and engine noise 🤬🤬

Disappointing to hear a "tech" did that overfilling & incorrect filter. The filter looks good however. Don't see too many Malaysia made filters. Thanks

Looks ok. The pic of the bypass makes it appear to be stuck in the open position. That said, seen enough pics to know that optical illusion always a possibility. As an aside. I do find some humor in the Mighty "USABrand" in same part of the sticker as made in Malasia coo info.

Thanks for c&p.
