Off a work car. 2016 Chevy Impala with 6,991 miles on this filter and unknown oil. Put a Parts Plus PH 500 and ECO POWER 5w30 in and on. Vehicle has 13,xxx miles on it also. Enjoy the pictures

Nice to see Eco Power recycled-oil (green oil!) being used. And to think its dexos1 oil too, very good sir.
No tears in that cheapo oil filter then?

I'll bet it costs less than an OCOD.
 
Actually it is just a bit more $4.50 for O Reilly's filter vs Fram orange can for $3.77 at Wally world. But that is a good price for a pretty good filter.

Eco Ultra is available in 5w-20, according their website, not 0w-20.
Not good enough to rate a dexos1, but a decent SN type oil.

More on topic, I guess the MicroGards don't come apart. Who knows how well they filter, but at least they don't break or disentegrate in there, biggest fear of using cheap oil filters for me.
