Microgard Select MSL51348 C&P

Off a 2021 Ford Ranger 2.3L with 40,900. On the truck for 6100~ miles from 12/20/24 to 05/18/25. Used with Quartz 9000 Future XT 5W-30.

I actually had another MSL51348 ready to go & the threads were messed up on it. Wouldn’t go on more than 2-3 turns. I don’t know if it would have been my first choice but my dad picked up an FL910S at AutoZone.

So a FL910S & Quartz 9000 Future XT 5W-30 went back in. I thought I took more pictures than this.

Looks like around here is where the problem started. Possibly cross threaded or damaged threads.
