Off of a 2021 Ford Ranger 2.3L for 6~months & 5,500~miles. Used with Total Quartz 9000 5W-30. This is also a week & 200~ miles after a BG induction service.

Replaced with, I actually don’t remember, I think it was a Microgard Select, & Total Quartz 9000 5W-30. The truck just hit 45k if I remember.

This one didn’t fall apart when I opened it. I thought I was safe from the glue but it was in there, not as bad as the last one I opened though.

After using the 910 for several years I started noticing glue from the filter in my oil change pan. (a benefit from changing my own oil). I switched to the Fram Ultra about 3 oil changes ago (10 K OCIs) and no glue at all in the pan.

That's been reported by some others too. That means the junk glue/potting material that comes loose can get past the bypass valve and in to the oiling system. If it ends up in a bad place and blocks some oil flow to a component, the outcome might not be so good.

I wouldn't use a Motocraft, Purolator, or WIX on my lawnmower.
The cartridge filters are okay.
That's true. I've used the MC 2017 B cartridge in my 2007 Fusion 2.3 for close to 19 years. The engine now has 339K miles and still runs great.
