Premium Guard PG241EX used oil filter cut open

Off of a 2021 Ford Ranger 2.3L, with 49,125 miles. Used with Total Quartz 9000 5W-30. On for about 5~months & 4,400~ miles. Just a note this is the oil filter after a BG induction service.

MicroGard Select 51348 & Total Quartz 9000 5W-30 went back in.
