I have an aluminum sign that I need to attach (glue) to concrete block, and I don't want to drill holes in the concrete. Google AI says Loctite Epoxy Metal/Concrete is what I want. What say you all?
Liquid Nails makes a quality adhesive that will work for you. Can be found at Home Cheapo in the paint section! Might be ugly if you need to remove this sign at a later time.

I agree with Google AI, and yes, make the bottom of the aluminum as rough as possible. The "glue" should have a thick consistancy, almost like putty.
JB Weld might work too.
