Chain, no service interval unless it takes a dump.

Also with Ford, for the most part, chain=interference, belt=non interference. There can be exceptions though.

My niece's 2006 Fusion has the Duratec 3.0 and it has a chain. You can see it when you remove the 710 cap...

Wasn't the 2.0 Zetec an interference engine? It had a belt, not a chain. IIRC, I thought it was valve-to-valve and valve-to-piston interference, but it's been awhile since I've had a car with that motor so I could be wrong.
