.mdi File Viewer

Looking for a free download of a good .mdi file viewer. Searching the web I've found a couple, but comments on some are scary.

Found one on Cnet.com, so I would think at least that one has been verified to be virus free, but comments say it tries to load a bunch of garbage on your computer.

Any other recommendations on a free .mdi file viewer. I'm still running XP, SP3.

^^^ Thanks ag_ghost, maybe I'll give that a try. Sometimes TIFF files can get pretty large, so will be interesting if this .mdi to .tif converter results in gigantic converted files or not.
