Dunno but take a gander at the P1 filter I cut and posted from V-6 Camaro. It had string around media

Larger gaps at the media seam than I remember seeing on prior FL-400s cut and posts. Is nothing safe anymore?

I think it is a very affordable filter for ~$4 from places like Walmart and Farm & Fleet. It even has metal end caps! I trust them on my 2005 Jeep and my JD LT150.
