MB was the main sponsor of the Masters golf tourney. They advertised several vehicles coming. The all electric G wagon seems like it would be like driving an electric winch on wheels. In FL I saw the EQS at a dealer. It was a beautiful car. Sticker was $100k and the dealer added on $10k market adjustment. There's an AMG, regular EQS and the proto type 600 mile rang and the G Wagon. The ads are blurry as to distinction between the 3 cars. Evidently they are hitting the market with 3 or 4 models in the near future.

I've been told from our dealership that all the I6's are paired with an electric "boost" motor. Seems like a nice setup to lease. I don't know if I'd want to own one out of warranty.
I'm excited about the MB offerings. IMHO, the MB EV options will finally provide the consumer real luxury EV choices, unlike choices like the Model S, which comes close, but does not make it over the bar.
Time will tell what other luxury options may be available in the future, but for now, I'm planning on getting into a used EQS, when they are a few years old.

If you haven't looked at the BMW i4 M50 (which I reviewed on here) I'd give it a glance. It's an extremely nice EV. I've been cross-shopping BMW and Mercedes a lot over the last few years and BMW always ends up on-top for me, of course that may not be the case for you.
My turbo 4 will give me 40 mpg @ steady state 60 mph here in LEVEL FL, I understand that the 6 is quite a bit more powerful and gets better fuel economy than the 4. Pair that with the inherent smoothness of the 6 and I'd have one any day!
As far as the Market Adjustment goes, they can watch their cars rot on the lot before I'd pay it.

These became commonplace decades ago. Better to have a plastic impeller that shatters when the bear starts to wobble than a metal impeller that starts machining the block.
Well that was awfully nice of them, good to see the old stereotype of the self-serving dealership is alive and well.
Well, if you want an open market for new cars you have to accept it both ways.
I often think that I would like to own a BMW for a while. I love their styling, and those I know who drive them have enjoyed them. Although there tends to be less brand loyalty than there is for some other European cars, such as Porsche and Mercedes.
But I have been warned by friends who own, or have owned BMW's, that I should never own a BMW without a warranty. These are people who have owned Cadillacs, Jaguars, Audis, Mercedes and others. While I know that many have good luck with owning BMW's, it is way too common for expensive repairs.
Aside from that, I could never own a car with such a hideous front end. I don't know what BMW was thinking when they came up with the "grill" for the 4 series, iX and i4. Perhaps they were trying to make Model 3 owners feel better about how ugly the front end is on their cars? IDK.

Yes, the front-end isn't the best, though it's better than the iX, hahaha. Having driven it though, I can forgive the front-end, lol.
