This filter is off my 2023 Mazda CX-50 2.5S. The filter was in use for 9771 miles, 255 hours, and 7 months. Overall the filter held up well, I didn't notice any tears in the media. This filter was replaced with the same, 1WPE-14-302.

That’s the filter I am running on ‘20 CX5 for 1 year/7500 miles with Amsoil 0w-20 sig.series. No issues, seems like quality.

@OneLonelyBurrito Thanks for posting this..(y) Have some sitting right here, haven't installed them on the 2016 cx-5 but nice to see what's inside. Looks awesome!

ok I snapped a couple of pictures, showing the box, yes made in Thailand, and the filter showing no adbv, and the date code on the top of the filter.

I just picked up 2 today. Yes, still made in Thailand, with no ADBV.
It takes a 14 flute 65 mm wrench.
I bought the W54109 made by Performance Tool. It is a dual 65/67mm 14 flute. Problem with dual design is 67 is upper half of tool, and 65 is lower half. When you push the tool all the way over a 65mm filter, you can't get the ratchet all the way in the hole. It will work if you just put the ratchet part way in, but not clicking in place.

Some of those filter end cap tools also have a hex nut so you can use a 6-point socket instead of the 1/4" square drive.

Removed the NAPA Gold 7002 filter(no longer a Wix 57002 with no ADBV), and replaced it with a Mazda 1wpe-14-302 filter. The new NAPA Gold 7002 now has an ADBV, and looks like a PG, with the "leak tested date" on the bottom. Looks like a well made filter, but wasn't sure about running one with an ADBV, so went to the Mazda OEM.
NAPA refunded my money for the 2 new NAPA Gold 7002 I had purchased, after I showed them the "old" NAPA Gold 7002 I took off, and it had no ADBV(WIX 57002).
