MaxLife ATF in Nissan Matic-D Application

Going to be doing a transmission drain & fill on my I35 before fall sets in. I'm usually a proponent of using OEM ATF but I've heard good things about MaxLife and it peaked my interest. Nissan MaxLife users: how do you like it? How are the shift characteristics in both hot & cold weather? . We all know Matic-D is nothing to write home about. I'm not doing a complete fluid exchange as I did this about 20K miles ago already.

Yes. Maxlife is awesome. You will be very happy with it

Nisan-Matic D is just Dexron III. I have a 96 Maxima.

I used MaxLife ATF in my '04 Altima that required/spec'd Matic D and my transmission was very happy as it was on Castrol TransMax Import Multi Vehicle(IMV) and, Mobil 1 Dexron/Mercon ATF as well.

There didn't seem to be a wrong ATF for this transmission!
