now! back too topic.. as i would like to know too* how long are the classiscs, purolator, top rated for? and serve a good 3 moth 1,200 mile oil change? or ould it go more reusing that filter for1-2 more changes?

i read the ones some here put on the pure ones..WOW..
but dont know about how many microns at like, 5 7, 9, 10, 20, ect...for the classic.

At least 3000 miles, even in harsh driving conditions. The beta rating (ie, efficiency) is dependent on the model your car takes. A few are rated at 97.5% @ 40 microns (B40=40), but most are rated at 97.5% @ 20 microns (B40=20).
